OAuth no-cost review status

YAO LifeOS no-cost review status

YAO LifeOS is not proceeding with public production approval for the restricted Gmail readonly scope at this time. The related ADA-CASA security assessment has not been started, no assessor has been engaged, and no paid assessment action has been taken.

The current no-cost Calendar public review is limited to https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.freebusy. The event-write scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.owned is deferred and is not requested for the current no-cost review.

Suspended scope

The previously reviewed Gmail restricted scope was https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. The current public no-cost posture does not request this scope, does not load Google Identity Services, does not call Gmail API, and does not create a Gmail OAuth token.

Suspended. Public Gmail readonly OAuth is not active.

Calendar scope narrowing

The current public no-cost path uses Calendar freebusy only to read availability windows without raw event body storage. Event create, update, delete, invitations, notifications, and recurring event automation are not part of the current review and remain behind a later high-impact write gate.

Current reviewer note

The Google verification thread has been updated to state that YAO LifeOS no longer needs public production access to the restricted Gmail readonly scope and is not proceeding with ADA-CASA at this time.

If public Gmail readonly is reintroduced later, it must reopen as a new restricted-scope verification and CASA assessment path before any public production access is requested.
